I spoke with Manon on the phone about a property I was interested in, she was very nice and pleasant on the telephone. I explained that I'm a cash buyer and highly motivated. She agreed the seller seemed highly motivated too. Our conversation was about 5 minutes long and she assured me that she'd get back in touch with me on details I was looking for related to the property we discussed. She never did get back to me though, so a couple days later I sent a reminder via text message and never heard back. I was left very confused. I saw the property I was looking for drop its price $10k after we spoke, which was surprising because I was willing to pay full price. I have dealt with dozens of realtors over the years and never been ghosted by one. It felt unprofessional. If you're her client. Beware.

A top-notch professional who is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, organized, upbeat, and always willing to go the extra mile, she made our home-building experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We worked with Manon for more than a year - from an initial orientation visit where she familiarized us with the area, through the builder selection process, and all through the months of construction. Because we were living in New Mexico, we couldn’t always see things in person, so we relied on Manon to send us guided video tours of model homes and send us specs, floor plans, and pricing info.
